Rental
Equipment listed below is available for both weekly and monthly rentals. A week rental is a duration of one to seven days. A monthly rental is renewed on the same calendar day of the following month. A weekly rental can be extended to a monthly rental by paying the net difference. Rental rates are not prorated for partial durations. Upon completion of the first rental cycle, rented equipment can be purchased with the first rental cycle applied to the price. Further details will be provided at time of rental.
We do not submit or process insurance claims for private rentals.

Delivery
Our service area includes the following counties: Hillsborough, (south) Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas. A $60 or $90 Delivery charge will be added to order. The rate is determined by zip code. A Delivery charge for locations outside service areas will be determined on an individual basis. Additional charges, such as second-story deliveries, are subject to additional charges. Repair & Other Services
We perform basic repairs on most home medical equipment. Contact us for rates and information. Our most common repairs include:
- Battery replacement for patient lifts, powered wheelchairs, and scooters.
- Brake Repairs for rollators.
- Tire replacement for wheelchairs.
Contact us for a quote to set up home medical equipment purchased elsewhere or transfer home medical equipment to a new location.
We are a Medicare provider. We bill straight Medicare (the red, white, and blue card) but cannot bill HMO/PPO plans nor Medicaid. We currently do not bill private insurance plans for medical equipment.
We work in conjunction with a national billing company that enables us to bill many private insurance plans for lymphatic garments. We also work with the Tampa-based charity foundation Hooked on Hope to provide assistance for breast cancer patients. Check out www.HookedonHope.org for more details.
